seriously, here's my take on fashion:
trends change every year, all year, way too ing often.
a worn-in pair of blue jeans and a white t-shirt (or a grey sweatshirt if its cold) has never been out of fashion
is it high fashion? lol no, but who cares
as for watches, you can't seriously say its gonna make that much of an impression...more than shoes? mbbe, idk, but i don't think its ever going to be anything major
do you shake a man's hand with your feet? no, but do you look at the guy's hand while you're shaking it, or do you assert yourself by making strong eye contact and not avoiding eye contact?
do you hold a girl's hand with your feet? no, but she's hopefully looking at you or wherever you're walking or whatever you're doing
i can't think of the last time i spent more than a passing glance looking at someone's watch, nice or not |

i dont think any of those tips are helpful. every girl has their own type, per se. before a guy would even come up to me and talk to me, i already knew if i was interested at all. if i was attracted to him then i would talk to him. if i liked what he talked about then i would be interested, if i didnt then too bad.
point is i had to like him before he talked to me. when i did date i usually dated someone that i was friends with first, never anyone who just came up and talked to me, especially in a club... |

I'm not naming names. I don't want to publicly shame anyone here. I just think it's a bit sad and hope that the people to whom this applies will have the insight to recognise it and have a think about what they're doing.... I mean being human males they must suffer psychologically every time they fail to get anywhere with a lady... Maybe this will make them stop and think about whether their current approach is working or has ever worked, (perhaps attitude is a better word... anyone who claims to have a system or approach to women is kinda creepy in my opinion). Anyway hopefully this reflection will lead to a paradigm shift and some kind of positive change. |
i've read/heard about several 'systems' for 'picking up' women that when analyzed from an evolutionairy perspective, make perfect sense for generalities, i've seen some of them in use, and they seem to have a high success rating; my style supposedly incorporates various features from these 'systems' aswell, and i do fairly well.
p.s. the 'system' in the first post sucks. |

A nice pair of Ken Cole is like $100 bucks... so in DR they should be like 400 (I havent been there in a year, but Im guessing the conversion hasnt changed much) |

a 'nice' pair costs around USD$200-250 making it around DRP$6,000-8,000
and, do you come to DR often? |

I usually come there every year. Last year I stayed at Barcelo Capela in Juan Dolio (I think). |
