i recommend watching all the additional stuff on the DVD...really neat to see how they made the movie, monster, etc...
also, they refer to the monster as "Clover"....and that it's a baby....:wtf:

I could not stand any of the characters - they were all annoying as and I couldn't wait for them to ing die. That was really the only enjoyment of this movie for me.

you see it drop from the sky. not much of a splash, but it's very easy to see when you can slow it down.

It does not....... You can even tell something hits the water on a laptop screen, no need for an hd tv.
