That's looking more likely now. Too bad Milan couldn't pony up the cash for Drogba. As much as I hate him, Drogba is world class. |

:stongue: of all their players, he seemed reasonable. At least his dodgy tackles won't be felt by our players now.
Rumoured: Johan Elmander to Bolton for 11mil
Anthony Annan to Bolton or Middlesboro
Daniel Braaten to Toulouse (pretty much done)
Heidar Helgusson to Nottingham Forest for 1.5mil (offer made) |

confirmed

£11million + Daniel Braaten (aka daniel won't run) |

Thats crazy money for a player of elmanders ability.
Worries me the amount of money english teams are willing to spend on average players. It could very well blow up in their face sooner or later. |

| Yes, crazy money being thrown around. This just in: Jô to Manchester City for £19 million (€24 million, $37.6 million). I rate him highly, and he really made a name for himself during last season's Champions League with CSKA Moscow (alongside Vágner Love and Daniel Carvalho). Worth it? We'll see. |

I'm a bit surprised at him going to Inter. Inter doesn't get any closer to being Italian, but at least they're a lil more European now :toothless |

I agree barry ferguson is a cock.
Just saying tho, rangers refused to pay an extra 1/2 million for this guy 2 years ago when they had a £2.5 million bid rejected. What has he done in that period of time to more than triple his valuation.
all as far as I can see.
I think the smaller EPL teams should beware, we can all see what happened to the italian league after the big wages and transfer fees that they paid throughout the 90's.
Think toulouse have won a watch with this transfer. |

| Mista to Deportivo La Coruña. Before you ask "who cares?", note that he was La Liga's top scorer in the 2003/2004 season. |
