Its a comforatable situation that works and prolly sees themlaid fairly often and with an individual they enjoy being around.
But even though they still like their significant other, they still see others out there that they want to get laid with.
Obviously they dont wanna loose the good situation they have currently (getting laid consistently with their currenet partner), so therefore they wont break up with them to just score a quick (or series of s).
That way they are getting to score w/ the misc person they want to (for whatever reason), AND not loosing the good situation with the gf or bf.
Its all about not losing what you have currently by your wanton actions (ing someone else on the side).
Im not saying its right (it sure as hell isnt, IMO), but i think it should be fairly clear as to why these ppl dont "break up" first before they cheat.... They dont wanan break up! They just wanna another person and have it not cause them to loose their current relationship! |

SNiffles: I see it as a problem that you get so bored after 1-2 MONTHS, I mean, if you said YEAR I might understand a little more, but it seems as if you are not in the right place emotionally to be in a committed relationship if you are getting bored so quickly. I mean if she is truly satisfying in bed, then there is something else you are getting bored with. Either that, or you really just yearn for being with multiple women and can not do so in a committed relationship. No one gets that bored that qucikly unless the girl really sucks in bed or you really dont want to be there in the first place. |

So long as the definition of 'cowards' in this case incldues being afraid of losing their current access to easy sex (ie. their current partners), which is prolly paramount in their eyes, and in their decisions not to leave their partners. |

| I think boredom is just a symptom of not really wanting to be in that relationship. Yeah everyone gets bored, but if you really love that person and want to be with them, you find ways to make it exciting. |
