That should be as obvious as the nose on your face. Does anyone actually think that the move from prog house and trance was entirely spontaneous on the level of individual producers?
:p |
I second this. DJs have always been the integral part in discovering and perpetuating new and not so new genres. |

| Mr. Jingles, I'm glad you said something. Just because LL is a douche doesn't mean he is ALWAYS wrong. He has a valid point in that respect IMO. |

For s sake, do we really need anyone defending or praising LionsLair for playing Captain Obvious?
He isn't usually a complete idiot, he is a complete idiot. End of story. |

I'm not praising him at all. I'm just saying, arguing against something that he's playing "Captain Obvious" about is a bad choice. It's obvious for a reason. Don't argue against it. :) |

| The problem with EDM theory is that PS3 sucks. |

Yes, but what he's actually saying and what you're simplifying his posts down to are two entirely different things.
Just because someone has backpedaled to a point where they're playing the "I'm right because I can cite one aspect of how music/art/etc. trends change" doesn't mean that's all they're saying.
Stating "that DJs influence the direction of many producers." is a gross oversimplification of the drivel he's spouted in here, and at the end of the day, is something not even worth discussing it's so painfully obvious.
There's just no reason to feed a cunt like this any more ammunition than he already has. |

LIST ONE PRODUCER WHO FOLLOWS THE ROUTINE YOU HAVE EXPLAINED
You can't because you don't know any besides yourself. |

I guess I was more interested in pointing out that the points being argued had strayed from the original topic and it had dwindled down to arguing because he's retarded, not because he's currently arguing a retarded point. Or something.
But meh, point made.

Well, I don't know that I'd say he has ammunition. More like Snap-N-Pops. |
