Haha he already as had a good enough influence on tiesto and armin (which i think are well known in this community.. yes no!!?? lol) They both Acknowledged him as a very good producer.
And tiesto who had never brought technical stuff in his set like the mau5 does deicded that next year he might be working on that to try to bring this in his live sets? coincidence maybe but i think the mau5 has already influenced a good amount of people and the right people also. Of course hes not close to the level of influence daft punk brought to the scene but deadmau5 has been around for only a year. Give him a year or two to let him crash or rise and then well see. I like deadmau5 as a producer and as a dj probably not the best dj out there but still gives a good and DIFFERENT set to the crowd ive seen him at stereo this summer and in webster hall in ny a month ago. He made a lot of progress and i cant wait to see him again when i have the chance.
I Understand that people dont enjoy his sound or is sets but he isnt just a whore in a mouse suit hes more than that.

It's been done before (Anybody know who daft punk is) and copying it will only get you compâred to it and, let's be honest, deadmouse (or wtv the he wanna be called) will never EVER have half of the influence daft punk ever had !!!

Agreed. Daft Punk had a HUGE influence on the EDM scene. I wouldn't call them to be a turning point in the scene, but they were for sure a milestone.

Deadmau5 has an influence on some artists, but not as big as Daft Punk did and he probably never will be. Daft Punk sound was unique, while Deadmau5 sounds quite the same to the House/Prog of our days.

I'm not saying Deadmau5 is bad, he is talented and I got few of his remixes in my cds, but it's not because Armin and Tiesto says that he is a very good producer that he is. There's of course tastes involve in this, but remember that this is show business. People might get paid to say things or to promote things. This is what I think, I don't know this for a fact. But I wouldn't be surprised that big DJs such as Tiesto and Armin get paid for "advertisement".

Victor Calderone? Well at least that sounds promising as part of the House Line-up.

I'd love to hear DJ JAIMY (www.djjaimy.com) there. If PLAYGROUND PRODUCTIONS are still in the midst of settling the line-up for both rooms...then perhaps it wouldn't be far fetched for any of us to make suggestions on who they could try getting. :)

I dunno who else i'd like to hear in the house room, but as locals go...having Stefane Lippe would be great. :)

See you all in 4 months

Well that's more or less true...but doesn't hurt to give a light shout-out to the powers that be. :)

In the trance room, i'd like to see Sander van Doorn. I caught him at BeB 13, and I thought he ripped it up pretty proper. Loved it when he FIRST started off with Back By Any Demand.

That was an AWESOME start...at least I thought so. Start hard and don't let up. Hahahaha.
