i couldn't enjoy calderone last year, because i spent the whole night in the trance room at 140 + bpm....by the time i got to the house room for calderone, he was playing at around 125 bpm... i wasn't able to handle it!
sorry louis, but that tracklisting doesn't cut it! really not a fan of those kinds of tracks. |

BeB did the right thing, save money by noT booking Guetta and increase pricing (because they can). Now hopefully some of that transfers to creating more entrance efficiency into the event. |
I agree! Guetta-Nissim almost made me gag! Save the commercial e for White Sensation... this is supposed to be a R-A-V-E!
I don't blame BeB for trying to profit with commercial headliners but it doesn't mean we can't bring some guys with superior performances with an underground touch....
You can't tell me Danny Teneglia or Steve Lawler won't sell tickets... what you lose in the commerical loving crowd you make up for in old school ravers who grew up with these guys....at least this would be true to the event...
The reality is you WILL get 2000 kids showing up to see Guetta , but they will have empty pockets and other then the admission ticket and a single bottle of water they won't spend....
The old school crowd HAS money , cause there older and have established themselves... I see this every time there is a Bal en Pompiers... AND they spend ALOT more during the night then a club filled with young trance heads. This is just the facts.
I missed last year's Montreal Sensation but everyone was raving about Mark Knight , why don't they bring him back instead? |
