Keep'em coming guys! I would encourage you to go check out our MySpace. Olympik Records has an exclusive prime time (2-4 PM EST) residency with DI.FM and our artists take priority over guest mixes for the show. So you will be able to promote on the DJ side of things as well. We've got Der Mystik and myself playing tomorrow on the Progressive Channel if you're interested in hearing how our radio show goes.
Keep submitting, I can listen to demos until the cows come home. I know there is a lot of talent on here. Please do not hesitate to send demos. It is 100% confidential.

I've been very impressed with some of the submissions from members of this forum. I'd name names, but for the 100th time it is a confidential process. These people know who they are and can chime in here if they like.
Continue on with the submissions. Please do not hesitate. I don't care if you're new, upcoming, established, or yesterdays news. I can listen to demos until the cows come home.

Sounds great. You couldn't submit it at a better time. If we like it, sign it, and promote it, it'll fall right in line with our distribution time line goal.

| would you guys like a new logo for your label? free of chrage. to be honest the one that is currently being used is not too sophisticated imo. |

Thanks for the offer but I don't think the co-owners will want to change, but its worth a shot. The most important thing we like about the logo is that it is 5 records shaped like the olympic rings (get it, Olympik Records) - The olympics are all about setting records which is how we came about the name.
I do appreciate your offer. If you want to make one and show it to me maybe I will go with it but the co-owners and I really like the look of the vinyl in the logo. It took them quite a while to get all the detail right on it. If you look closely you'll see a lot of very fine details on the records. For our clothing, we're just using those rings and the company that we're going with said they would look great (I can't remember what method she said). Some sort of a print plastic or something. The other option was emroidery, which we obviously don't want because of the high detail of the records.
Again, thanks for the offer. You can make one if you like and we'll look at it but we really like what we have now. Perhaps you could create a hybrid of what you had in mine along with our original logo. Up to you.
