If it was $30 last year, then $40

$50-60 from outside vendors

/me bends over.

I wonder if it's safe to walk from the USC parkin lot?

Actually for EDC 2007, I manage to find a spot in the "hood" and walked a block to the event.

Another idea is tp carpool and split the cost. 5 heads in one car will even out to $8 to $10! Not too bad, if you dont mind the company.

This year I hope to join other in a group so that I can have company in that disaster of a line...lol!

Cant believe the line up this year...going to be wicked!

That is what I did last year. There are so many people walking to and from the event that you should be fine even at the end of the night.

I do it every year. Theres always gangs of ravers walking so youre fairly safe. Plus theres lots of cops around patrolling. Last event parking was only $8.

the area around usc is probably one of the safest areas in los angeles. much more safer than hollywood, for sure.

people dont seem to realize how heavy the police presence is around campus. you can park your car anywhere north of campus and you will be okay, usc has police patrols both in car and on segway that come by every 5 or 10 minutes

I don't know if the word 'gangs' gives people confidence.

Parking was $20 last year I believe. You had to get your car out by 7am.

Don't park out in the "hood"!!!!! My car got broken in and my friends car got stolen at this past Love Festival. From an amazing night to a sad night.

im still kinda :sadgreen: about the lineup

festivals in europe have the most ridiculous lineups, so why cant they do the same here?

not to mention tickets are much cheaper there (trance energy was much less than EDC, yet the production of TE and the lineup (although all trance) was (will be) far superior

dollaroff
I have some non-clubbing friends that really really really want to go, so I'll probably drive them and go on Saturday. Hm.

The lineup is just ok.
