| So what the heck happened during Thievery Corporation's set? I am surprised more people aren't complaining on TA about the 10 minutes of silence when they came on, followed by ~1 hour of reggae-ish music. Almost everyone at kinetic field were complaining. |

| Indeed.. its rollin day not shroomin day. The crowd was extremely not dense when thievery corporation came on. I think they would have been better during the daytime. |

Dang I caught that one... I was thinking.. WRONG TIME to come back to this field!! Boiyze Noize at the Neon Garden from 12-2 was very high energy though... pretty f-ing SWEET!! |

| Did anyone park inside the venue? How much is it? I parked at USC and it was $20.. but if its the same price as the venue i might just park there. |

It's not even 1pm Saturday and I'm already hearing music from EDC in my hotel room! Wonder if they're starting extra early or just doing sound checks?
I agree that this year's production quality is awesome! Left the main stage halfway through TC live and checked out Osawa at the neonGarden, music was off the hook! So if the main stage ever bores you, get off the beaten path and your odds of finding something great are pretty good!
EDC tshirts are printed on American Apparel brand this year, so they look and feel extra nice. I have a lot of these shirts (Above & Beyond also uses this brand), so I knew exactly what size would fit me! I think AA shirts are made in LA with not as much slave labor, but not really an expert on that... |
