expensive?? This is freking awesome, considering how many Top 100 DJ salaries they have to pay for!! (I know DEMF is cheaper, yes, but I am guessing the DJ's there do not pull the same paychecks as armin, markus, guetta, ferry, menno, etc....) |

its on the river in sort of a triangle area between Manhattan, Queens, and The Bronx, although its technically part of Manhattan. There are no hotels located on the island. |
