They said when you purchased them that they wouldn't be sending them immediately. To only be concerned and email them if you hadn't received them a week before the event. To the best of my knowledge they send the tickets out in batches closer to the event.
This is from the original email I received when I ordered tickets in May.
By choosing FedEx or USPS, it does NOT mean that your tickets will be shipped out immediately after you process your order. Tickets will be shipped weekly. If you have not received your tickets one week prior to the event date, please email [email protected][/email] immediately. Non-delivery claims must be made no later than 48 hours prior to a weekday event and no later than Thursday evening prior for a weekend event. Day of show and weekend requests for assistance cannot be honored and no refunds will be made. Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
If an order is refused at the time of delivery and the tickets are returned to Musictoday, LLC, these tickets will be placed at will-call at the event under the name of the original ticket buyer. Only the individual who placed the order may pick up the tickets.
USPS 1st Class Mail w/Delivery Conf. - 4.25 (USD)
By choosing USPS 1st Class Mail w/Delivery Conf., it does NOT mean that your tickets will be shipped out immediately after you process your order. Tickets will be shipped no later than 10 business days (approximately 2 weeks) before the event date; however they might be shipped earlier. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event date, please email [email][email protected] for further assistance. Please note: The tracking message on www.usps.com will only confirm that your tickets have been picked up at our facilities in Virginia. This means your tickets are "in transit." The next update made to www.usps.com will be to confirm delivery of your order.
So no need to worry if anyone hasn't gotten their tickets yet. I haven't gotten mine. I don't think anyone has yet. |

omgosh im so happy Z! that you guys are having a competition for tickets!! though i never win anything, hahahah I entered....the hit the fan this week!

Clean out Engine (due to some "gunk" yeah they talked to me like i was 12!) $125
um...I drive a FORD people...i was kinda hoping to never have to pay that much for anything on it!! hahaha ignorant i know, but still hopefull!
sooooo looks like i STILL have to hold off on my tickets for a while :( |
