Going for sure...if I say I am going...I will be there. Haven't started the booking but if I plan accordingly in the same fashion as all the other trips, I will start in july. I don't know if people rent there condos in NYC the same as WMC?? It might be harder. Flights are $300 right now.

Look in the "sublet/temporary" section on craigslist or post an ad in the "housing wanted" section. I'm sure you'll find something.
