what i think is they should take your BAC when get your license and then they'll know how much you're allowed to have everyone is different so yeah the latter |

In some states a refusal to commit to a breathalyzer or field sobriety test warrants consequences; Washington is a 1 year license suspension.
Zild, what did they cite you for pulling you over with in the first place? If you were actually drunk and driving then it must have been obvious for you to be pulled over in the first place.
Getting out of a legitimate DUI is bull. Driving while drunk, no matter if you are "better" than others is crap. |
