lol agreed on the racialist aspect, but in SoCal we have some pretty abusive police that think they are the ing . Especially in a select few neighborhoods where they will pull you over for driving a beater. You broke no laws, but because you drive an old car, you get pulled over. |

are you really that dense? he was being illegally detained without probable cause or even being charged with anything. you are only required to stop and say yes/no to being a citizen nothing else
so 4th amendment straight up protects against illegal search and seizure and that right was completely violated not to mention use of excessive force |

He wasn't coming across the border from Mexico?
I get that Jake, but the drug dog supposedly smelled something in the car. If he didn't have anything to hide why would he make a big deal about it? He's not doing anything illegal so why does it matter? |
