I think many people would say, only some crimes are real crimes, and illegal immigration poses no threat to the USA.
Being someone accused of intending to illegally immigrate to the US to collect welfare - I tend to think maybe DHS really does take things to an extreme when having beleifs of an occurence as being real or imagined. But atleast you know they are really really really trying to do their job. And yes I agree it is clearly political.
However police had (have) been given many powers they didn't previously hold.
Question is, why did the police not try to obtain a warrant in a federal court? |
