Well Zild you may be able to get away with your stuff most of the time but it wont last forever. Eventually you might have family and spending a night in jail will not be much of an option. Since I agree with you 50% ill propose a solution. Take all your knowledge and loopholes and give courses to people on how they can stand up for themselves. If someone where I lived gave a course on how to fight back legally I wouldnt definately attend. Educate the people and maybe there will be more chances of things changing.

They kill you for like that here. My father wanted us to do just that, but I told him no.

Do it, don't be a . What's with this attitude of ing with the cops and yet you wont stand up and help other people do it legitimately?

Once again, you are selfish.

like what this thread is about needs to be addressed in a public forum. Educating people is a good way to get people out there and talking, and with luck they will educate other people. Refreshing peoples knowledge of their rights is the only way to protect them. Otherwise people will not know what has been taken from them till its too late.

maybe you're right actually you are right i'm afraid for my life and my family's life

And for the record I don't go around ing with cops. I try to stay as far away from them as possible. The life I lead is a little over the edge sometimes, and I also have the ability to get into trouble sitting at home doing absolutely nothing.

I would tell you what I actually did to get that disorderly conduct charge because I wasn't originally charged with that but it is a little too private.

Not enough to not drive drunk though... I see... Glad to see you got your priorities set there.

Killed by corrupt cops for spreading awareness about personal guaranteed freedoms = not ok

Killed by crashing into something while wasted = OK! :gsmile:

What if they were the children of terrorists, or the child of Osama bin Laden? Is trying to obtain information about their parents where abouts ethically wrong in that case?

Or a murderor?

What if they were felons?

What if they just stoled from a market in town?

Are there some crimes that warrent police action and others that don't? Because investigating becomes unethical if it disturbs peoples lives? So obtaining records which provide evidence of a crime, is wrong because the crime isn't serious enough?

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or

Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or

Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

I'll repeat what my dad told them... Show me a warrant or off. All of those things can be obtained via a warrant for that information. This is a country of rules and process. Going infront of a judge and proving you need this information is part of this process.

BUt if you father knows they are illegals, then he is aiding and abetting a federal crime.

No... lol acting as the districts lawyer would absolve him of some of that... if was even an issue in the first place.

The children of immigrants, illegal or not are allowed to be educated here. There is no grounds to deny a child education in this country based on the status of their citizenship. If the feds want info they are more than willing to give it to them but they need to show them a warrant. Otherwise they do not have to do a single thing they ask.

This comes back to the root of this thread.

People do not know their rights. You are required to do very little for law enforcement with out a courts order.

if you don't know your rights you loose them.
if you don't use your rights you loose them.

If you let cops get away with "You are under arrest for not obeying me" then essentially you give them power they don't have under the law.

Once you give/grant power you almost never get it back.

my 2 cents.
