| Up until this past week I've been getting smashed off my face Thursday, Friday and Saturday for God knows how many weeks. During the week it was basically a lighter version of the weekend. I'm really cutting down now. The punishment I put my liver through since 18 will really bite me in the ass in the coming years. |

Actually, plenty of people around here get injured or killed on jet skis each year. That could be because a lot of them have plenty of beers before going out on the lake... |

I'm taking the piss. Although I could argue that driving a car is a risk for the same reasons. |

Doh, that one flew right by me for some reason.
I really don't understand how people can drive drunk (either a car or a jet ski). Drinking makes me a bit foolish, but nowhere near dumb enough to do that, even when I'm to the point of passing out or throwing up. |

same here, i'm always still in control even if i'm drunk beyond all belief, i will never drive drunk, or make any decisions that could jeopardize a relationship or my well-being |

There was a period when I would do three-night weekends of pretty heavy drinking too. After a while it takes its toll. It's not good for your liver, brain, and god knows what else on your insides. Nor is it good for the skin. And driving to work drunk on Monday mornings probably isn't very safe either. |
