The ones in EU are pretty much the same as the ones here. Or, they were 18 years ago, anyway. Like a convenience store, that sells petrol, right? |

| Never buy a sandwich out of a Portuguese gas station. Just don't. |

Lulz.
I flew back here with my (at the time) gf, from the UK. We were in Byron Bay when planes started hitting buildings. She was due to fly back home a couple of days after that. I imagine that wasn't too much fun for her :haha:
Edit: It's a ing small world too. The hostel we were staying at in at Byron Bay during the attack was built, and at the time owned, by the parents of my fiance :wtf: |

Gambling is incredibly addictive, and I say that as someone who has never gambled more than spare cash. I think if you tried it for any length of time, you'd realise the difficulty in walking away after a win. |

lol jesus...that is so ed up. i take money way too seriously to get into that crap.
and systemj i know how to walk away after a win. i was at hardrock one time with friends partying (doing blow) and i decided to try a slot machine for the first time ever. i put in $5 and was up $60 and i was like, "sweet!" and cashed out and bought some drinks. lol
*edit* and poker is a little different. i can kind of understand that because at least it involves strategy and is fun to play. i briefly dated a guy who played all the time and depended on it for money. such a turn off. that didn't last very long lol |

| That's not "for any length of time". When you gamble for a while you get into a mindset. There's a pattern of success and failure in your head, and because you lose a lot more often than you win, when you strike big you've probably not made enough profit to walk away satisfied. |
