dont worry, i stopped drinking since saturday, doing well so far, i do want to drink but wont because i signed a bet with my gf lol (im doing this out of principle now) and with the non smoking thing, im quitting for good and im on the nicotine chews, they taste like but it stops the cravings and i feel much better health wise :)
i could throw it all in and get pissed, listen to trance and smoke but will not!!! |

I've not drunk here since the last ukta party. I tend to like to get sloshed and happy in nicer surroundings, like a beach. I swear it tastes better and makes me a better pool player! |

I haven't had alcohol since February, so that's 6 months without alcohol. :p
Haven't really thought about it much, except when you are at a party you think it would be fun to get wasted. |

nice one dood.
jacking in drinking is very hard to do. up until about 2-3 months ago, i drank every night without fail, like 4 cans of stella, and more on weekends.
im interested in said 'light perpetual hangover' since i stopped i have headaches all the time..is that normal? cos i was getting kinda worried about it. also id like to add that i drink water all day everyday through the week, and go back on the beer on friday to sunday |

I'm on the same wagon, Clovis.
I was never much of a "weeknight" drinker, until I got with my current girlfriend who can drink just about anyone I know under the table and likes drinking a few about every or every other night.
I drink more because I'm the only person NOT drinking rather than because I go "man I really want a beer", though it's starting to turn into that a bit. So, I've stopped weeknight drinking and haven't had anything since I went out last saturday. The hard part for me is resisting the, "David, you ready for a beer?" when a buddy is making a run to the fridge for the other people present... solely because I'm the only one saying, "No, thank you".
Playing a show tonight so I'm sure it'll break the cycle, but hey, that's what the weekend's for. :) |
