Another note, these mixes are pretty difficult to put together. How does one fit 18+ years of musical inspiration into an 80 minute mix?

That's the creative challenge behind the game. It's obviously impossible to fit everything in, and once you realise that you can stop worrying about it and just have fun with it. I've really enjoyed seeing the different approaches people have taken, and what's pleased me the most is that almost nobody has done what I would have predicted.

Generally, you need to be a complete on the forums.

That's the thing - one doesn't.
If I was to make this mix again now it'd probably be completely different.

Oh yeah absolutely. I had a lot of fun making this mix.

Really need to catch up on these, bas yours looks really interesting, excited to listen as I've heard pretty much nothing on there.

Yours is high on my list of things to listen to soon :)

Looks good.

So I've been trying to DL Bas' mix for the last couple of days, but Sendspace is always too busy to let me get the file. Any chance of a different host?

well, yeah bas, good tunes, just yunno mixing and structure was a bit wonky. sometimes cutting is better than trying to mix something unmixable,,, but we already had this discussion on msn.

Company B is freestyle. There was a radio show here in LA when I was a kid called The Aquanet Dinet Set or something to that effect :p
