| I was in 5th grade and yea I don't remember much. I just remember the teacher telling us something happened and she sounded sad. |

| I was getting up and ready for university when my bro told me to turn on the TV and I watched the 2nd plane hit the tower live. We had no idea what was goin on, but I ended up going to class anyway. Our prof didn't show up and all the TVs were on in every building with coverage of 9/11. Then some in loser called in a bomb threat to one of the campus buildings. |

I was in school & all the teachers were acting very weird. Then we had an announcement that school was over & we had to go home. Before leaving, all the MPs with german shephards checked our bags & buses & no one told us what was going on. After leaving base & I walked home, my mom was crying in front of the t.v.
Originally she thought the scene was from a new movie trailer. We ended up watching the german news bc AFN only played the same video on Fox & ti just got disturbing hearing the screams over and over. |

| I will forever remember september 11th 2001 as the day when I became aware that most people are retards. |

We got out early, I went home and had a big bowl of ice cream. |
You got out early? That's so bogus. Absolutely no standardization in that school district. I still had to sweat through Calculus with a bit of a distracted mind. |

| I was playing football with my nephew when all that started and once I came back inside, my father told me to come look at the tv. |

8th grade... english.
A security guard came in and did some hand gesture of planes hitting something at my teacher (who was a huge NYPD/FDNY supporter) and said "World Trade"
A bunch of students were called out by their parents... people were just silent and in awe... most classes were disrupted... everyone was wondering if we'd be bombed or something... was real.
It was so surreal. The day was completely normal and we were all joking around then this HUGE CATASTROPHE HAPPENS AND CHANGES OUR LIVES FOREVER...
You seriously can't forget something like that |

| It was the 3rd day of my internship at a rehab hospital in Tallahassee. I woke up at around 9-something and turned on Sportscenter as usual... and was confused as to why ESPN was showing the twin towers with smoke coming out of the top. I switched to CNN and it was about 5 minutes before the first tower went down. I was in total disbelief. Went to my internship and nobody was working... just standing around watching TV's crying and shocked. ing horrible day. |
