| You shouldn't have to baby floors like that, imo. FFS you walk all over them. And you don't think they didn't mop the out of floors 100 years ago? That kind of construction has stood the test of time. My landlord's other unit has 80+ year old original wood flooring, and it's ing beautiful. No warps or anything. |

Some have special types of cleaners that you have to use. Others, it is just a non-abrasive cleaner. You just don't get a mop slathering wet all dripping off and mop it. Not hard really. That is what my sister does. |

LA has been really cunty this summer with the heat, like triple digits. Other than that it usually stays around 80 degrees or lower, no actual NEED for AC :p |
