Congrats Bassel!! I know the feeling and what a great but nervous feeling it is. I just recently bought a house but due to the market, I was not able to sell my condo & am also looking for a renter. Im sure you got a killer deal because now is the time to buy.

This is bull. I worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and never heard of this.

Now that I know it is a FHA loan, that explains why. We NEVER did FHA loans. lol

yea my instructor made it seem like that's what most mortgages are in california. then again, it's a big state:p we weren't just talking about L.A.

Right, but most of the population is LA or south, in the SF Bay area, or in Sacramento. Which of course, finding a house that fit in FHA guidelines for a long time was pretty much impossible. Unless you got a piece of .

We did have people getting worse loans than that though. Ever heard of a balloon loan?

I'll better get pics when we move in, all I have now are the ty ones I used for Craigslist. I'm a terrible photographer :(

Front of the house, our 2 bedroom is through that big door, and the 1 bedroom is on the left:

Living room of the 1 bedroom:

Bedroom:

There's a kitchen with a breakfast nook but I didn't get a pic of that, I'll have to go back.

Back entrance to the studio:

The studio is more like a jr. 1 bedroom because the bedroom area is kinda separated from the living area:

Finally the living room of our 2 bedroom:

There's a smaller 2 bedroom above the studio in the back but it's occupied, so no pics :p

LOL, you better have space for me too considering how you gave me for "relying on the recording instead of just going" :p

Looks cool man! For some reason it doesn't strike me as very 'LA looking' though I'm not sure why, considering I've never been to LA in the first place :p

That Craftsman style is VERY LA actually :p Most of the older homes (this was build in 1928) are like that in Hollywood, Pasadena, and surrounding areas.
