yea i dunno the canadian real estate licensing laws nor california's. but i do know you guys have some ed up mortgage loan system that makes you go upside down on your loans because of a gradual increase in your monthly payments for the first 3-5 years. |

I'll be honest with you, if you can reattach whatever digit I manage to eventually sever while trying to repair something AND look great in a bikini, MAYBE I'll reconsider. But you're a pasty Scot and I'd imagine that's not going to happen anytime soon :o
And Jamie, you got the :wtf: for asking if you can sell property in California. How else do you think people buy houses out here? I mean I'm all for raping and pillaging, but Johnny Law tends to frown upon it. |

| you would have to go through a broker in florida here. you're allowed to "accompany the client" here but cannot take part in the transaction. they get a % though. i just learned it i'm not making this up! |
