| Just found out last week that I have the whole day of December 31st off which gives me a 4 day weekend. Now I'll have time to actually get to the hotel and get situated before going out to party. Such a relief :) |

in the past, yes you have been able to go before the actual party starts to get your presale tix. i would assume (though of course i could be wrong) that this year will be the same. i'd say Wednesday we'll know more about that... |

Glad I took the advice of some TA's who went to NYE at the Bonaventure before and got a hard ticket for this one. :) |

!! Really?? I hope it doesn't turn out to be a pain. I'll be pissed off considering tickets for this damn thing were near $100. |

| I heard that last time there was a system failure which brought the ticket processing pretty much to a standstill. In some years past, there were 20,000 people, but only 5,000 tickets will be sold this year (I'll count everyone to make sure). :clown: |

so I'm getting conflicted answers about bringing friends up to rooms. Obviously before the event starts, like earlier in the day, we will be able to bring people up into rooms but after the party, I get it that there will be wristbands required to allow people past security up to the rooms.
But, how easy will it be to sneak friends up (i.e. bring down wristbands and bring them up?)
Please someone answer the question so the rest of us can plan accordingly.
Would like to just stay overnight at the Bonaventure with everyone |
