If I found out my husband and the father of my kids had been having an affair, I would probably lash out also.
Crimes of passion, my friends. I probably would have killed the c*nt.
And bashing a golf club against the car, come on, which of you boys haven't punched a wall in anger? - there's nothing wrong with that. I'd have wrapped it around his head ;) |

Well, the truth hasn't really come out yet so it's hard to know exactly what happened. Although it does seem like there was a domestic that led to these events, it's pretty hard to see any other explanation.
I love Tiger and everything he's done for the sport, but if he was fooling around on his wife he deserves some heat. Either way though, his wife should NOT have physically attacked him or the SUV. Even though I understand she would be extremely upset, you shouldn't get abusive to your partner.
Also keep in mind that this "story" was in the National Enquirer and could be complete bull. Although I don't see his wife having such a reaction unless there was more to the story, there must be something we don't know.
Again, hard to make a judgement without having all the facts. And knowing how private Tiger keeps his life, we may never know more than we know today. By Florida law he has done everything that is required regarding the accident, it's got nothing to do with being rich. |

I can't say for sure what my actions would be because I have never been in the situation (and I hope that I never am) but 'diminished capacity' or 'temporary mental impairment' are valid defenses in the court of law for a reason...
