So I always wanted to have this one and finally they started selling it here in Quebec.

I don't know if I'm drinking it a few degrees above what I'm supposed to, but it almost has a stout-like bitterness. The smell is soooooooo fruity though. Definitely not as tart as other Hefes. Aside from the bitterness, taste is quite fruity as well.

That's still pretty expensive, at least here it is. I'd pay about $70 here for 20 bottles.

Had one of these again yesterday. Was not as good as I remembered. I was disappoint.

Really only bought this because I had never heard of "rice ale" before, and I'd had some pretty good Great Divide beers in the past. It's actually quite good.

I've got some of this lurking somewhere, should give it a try.

Those are pics from my mobile uploads. Most of them where taken at the #2 beer bar in the world (according to some magazine i think)

I went to the Czech Republic this week and had some nice beers. As I've said previously in this thread, I'm really sick of pilsener, which was invented there and is thus quite prolific. However, there were plenty of other options.

I had this in both light and dark form; delicious. I usually detest dark beer, too.

Did you try those Schneider-Weisse beers yet, or do I have to punch you in the sack?
