Was in a small Victorian town last week for work, just happened to be the hometown of Red Duck:D
I completely forgot until I got to the town and saw the shop. Needless to say I filled my handluggage with bottles on the way back. I wonder what the x-ray operator at the airport was thinking when my bag went through:p |

Just found a nearby pizza place that sells a large variety of pints, including lots of the Rogue lineup, La Fin Du Monde, Duvel, etc. I'm happy :)
I also recently tried a very good local-ish IPA I'll be getting at the bar more often:

| lol Hop Devil is all over the place. It's good, but it's not anything special. |

true, but it's the hoppiest thing this bar has. i'll be visiting another venue soon where i discovered Sixpoint Bengali Tiger. definitely my favorite IPA so far:

I used to drink the sublimely self righteous ale every time i visited the brewery. i don't think it's thaat great. i much prefer some of their other brews. it has the stone flair going for it though. i've seen it float around in my area at times. i'm sure you'll be able to find some sooner or later. just inquire at your favorite local bottle shop with a good craft selection.
i haven't had the 'double dry hopped" one but i can imagine it would certainly smell more pungent, but otherwise i don't know... my understanding of dry hopping, from home brewing, is that it generally has little effect on anything but smell. perhaps that's contingent upon the length of dry hopping. i don't know. |
