first of all, i don't think Nou would appreciate it. but to be serious: the law has already stipulated bodily injury as a separate offense. bodily injury is clearly defined in medical and legal norms that aren't that easy to circumvent. the law is formulated and construed by courts in such way that it is practically impossible to disguise a criminal offense as some expression of an existing legal practice or right. you are overestimating the flexibility of the law, especially when it comes to criminal law. so don't you worry about the misuse of the free speech card ;) |
