lira, with all due respect, i'm sorry to upset you. i did actually watch those CP videos in the spambot profile. yes, i could've deleted it like some would, but instead i chose to watch them it out of curiosity, just like some would too.
my reasonings were:
a) it's banned, i must see it
b) i will not be held legally responsible
c) nobody will see me doing it.
there you have it. i did an immoral thing for the same causes any of you hypocritical s would.
regarding legal penalty: to be prosecuted for child pornography i'd have to be:
a) making CP
b) financially supporting CP
c) distributing or promoting CP
d) at least storing CP on my computer (which i am not of course)

Possession in most countries is illegal. Actually its quite interesting, there is nothing in US law that says you can't watch child pornography, you just can not possess it. If someone was showing it on a TV and you walked by and watched there is nothing illegal about that. Thats how they skirt the free speech issue in the US at least. |

that's right. because placing the witnessing of CP alone would be a major violation of the principals of human rights and criminal proceedings. just as watching one man kill another. you can't punish someone for seeing or thinking about things that are officially outlawed. so you can all suck by ass.
p.s. storing pornography is a crime according to the recent amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine. isn't that just silly. and by porn they meant any kind of porn. not CP |
