I am still confused as to the deal they made regarding abortion; mostly because iv heard of it but have not heard other info about it.

Ok just to clarify - everyone in the US has to buy health insurance now - but if they are poor they pay less?
Is this the new universal healthcare?
Where as before the hospitals paid for emergency care and people went broke if they had money? |
