Not quite accurate in the press release to say Canadians had to travel outside Canada to hear the Function One experience. Fortune Sound Club here in Vancouver has had it for more than two years now :D
That being said, I've been to Circus and it'll be a better sound experience I'm sure. Can't wait to head back east soon and check it out. |

That crossed my mind too, 'cause I know there's a club or two in Toronto with a Funktion One sound system. Though I wonder if there's not a difference between a Funktion One sound system and the Funktion One experience. I'm quite sure I've read a lot about the sound system not being special if it's not set up properly and in the right kind of space, etc. That might be the difference? |

Cette innovation se mariera à merveille avec l'éclairage de technologie LED nouvellement installé au Circus par le Groupe Spectre Sonore. I have heard the Funktion One sytems many times at a club called Ice in Las Vegas. Actually had the pleasure of hearing Lawler and Carl Cox play there. The sound was super tight and crystal clear. This is really great news for Circus, tip my hat to this.

I am most content. I will now go to circus without my earplugs. Best news I have heard since ever. I'm glad Circus is listening to their clients. Booking artists that we want and upgrading a system as we have suggested over time.

P.S. now if we could strengthen the drug policies near the bathrooms, it would be awesome. |

haha funktion one monitors might make you want to bring your earplugs. they have a load of sharp highs from what ive been told. obviously it depends on the room + the way they're set up so we'll have to see. actually we'll have to hear :P |
