You should think for a long time before you do anything like I suggested before. Remember that you'd be affecting an entire family, not just him. In the end, imo if the guy is that shady, he doesn't deserve his family, and his family doesn't deserve him. |

If you didn't see that something was odd after a year of being with this guy. Then hey, what can I tell you.
So, no; you don't need to do a "background check" on every guy you meet--just work on being more aware in your future relationships.

I think it is very crazy you never suspected he's literally leading a double life - did you guys see each other often?
tbh, I think it's very tempting to be vindictive and get some sort of revenge, but it would probably be better for you to just sort your head for now, maybe go away somewhere for a bit, and let him be.. |

He had his excuses, and sob stories about his divorce case with his "ex-wife". I just chose to block out all the bad things I guess. Massive life-lesson learned the hard way. |
