it was at a warehouse in the other thread as well. I thought this was old news.....this is why people should just let the promoters do the promoting in the events section.

oh wait its spiderpig....I think this is the only participation he ever does on the forum...tells us old news in the improper method.

super excited for luciano's maiden voyage to toronto. not so excited for the other two. yes, i'll still go, but if villa-oh-no sucks for the third time in a row, i have the right to complain about it and i officially will believe that the tales of him actually being good are all rumours. ;)

Whew thanks for confirming I'm not crazy, thought I read that. And agreed on the events thing it's ok here and there for big happenings but is going to get old if everything is getting a new thread, or two as in this case.

Wicked and that's good news. It threw me off as I looked it up and as Chem said the old venue was called "The Warehouse" (http://www.thewarehousevenue.com/), and is not downtown. Just wanted to confirm so I don't buy a few tickets for myself and friends downtown, then I break it to them that we're taking a trip to Downsview not a cab a few blocks. There's also a growing number of people who call anything not in the GTA "downtown" so wanted to make sure this wasn't one of them in action...

pretty crazy that we can have a party like this in toronto, a couple of years ago something like this would be unthinkable.

Glad this is happening at a proper spot too not some bull king st club, I'm in.
Cribby
I've had the worst luck with Sneaks Birthday Beats jams, but I have faith in this one!
The Highroller
The first Sneak's Birthday Beats I went to was in 2004 at The Docks with this line-up:

Room 1:

DJ Heather
Mark Farina
DJ Sneak
Derrick Carter

Room 2:

Francois K vs. Derrick May

There hasn't been a better line-up for his birthday since, but I think this year's just may top it.
Zyklon_Jay
I'll go check him out at stereo. the mustached one hasn't played here since 04. not really into his music anymore, but it's dance friendly and should be fun.

Here is an intro to a 6hr set of his from this past July.
