Two new venues opening up who both seem to be going for proper bookings... (M)oskito looks to be in the FW direction (no attitude + no BS) instead of the Maison/Cube/Cinema one which is great. Uniun is formerly Devils Martini and a cougar pickup bar turning into a proper DJ venue can't be a bad thing for the city. Times are good. :)

I searched and saw no FB, Website or twitter or anything. Or is this going to be a part of it's appeal? No frills, keep it on the DL? |

Been to (M) twice now, once for BoK, and once for a party during Nuite Blanche.
Neat space, nice and open feeling - curious to see if/how they have changed things for the official grand opening. Seems like a promising space, and close enough to home for me that I don't mind walking if it's nice out :P |

Who the names a club Moskito? :p
Lol! I'm still going to check it out, but that's such a lame name. Getting my friends to come out, it's so hard to convince them when I mention we should go check out "Moskito"! Imo it's such an unappealing name for a club. Looking forward to the sound in there though. |
