The bible clearly states homosexuality is wrong and those who participate will not be saved.

Oh...I love when people resort to the Bible. Especially when they don't really have a valid reason. Instead they remember one line from Leviticus and conveniently forget everything else that was written. Last time I checked, isn't eating pork against the teachings of the Bible? I guess that was an antiquated notion. What happenend to love thy neighbor? Did that get antiquated as well? Guess I didn't get the memo.
And for the reason above I don't believe in religion. I believe in God, but I don't want some person (human--thus fallible) thousands of years ago dictating how I should live my life and telling me what is morally wrong and/or right when their life is nothing compared to mine.
And another thing, would people stop saying they have nothing against homosexuals but then respond with everything to the contrary. You don't have to suger coat it for our sake. |

Eminem is the opiate of the masses.

What 'recent wave of homophobia' are you referring to, exactly? last i checked there has always been a strong moral rejection of homosexuality rampantly displayed in religion, as well as in the school yard, work place, home etc., and to blame marshall mathers for it all is a bit absurd. he is an amplification of stereotypes and unspoken ideals that are represented in today's society. to be more specific, homophobia created Eminem, not vice versa. |

LMAO I don't know any gay people that are like this....are you sure you're not subconsiously creating these characters to disuede yourself of your own homophobia? |

| my opinion is that as time passes by people as becoming more open minded and are accepting homosexuality more and more, imo by the time we get to the next generation (our children) homophobia will be minimized |

I can't believe i read all of that
It makes me sad to be Gay and part of this community, some of you guys need to grow up and/or learn to have some tolerance.
and as for the adoption thing, i think adoption should be on a case by case situation, not every 'straight' couple can adopt, there is are certain things which need to be in place, like a stable home, and finacial support etc, these should be the same for same sex couples too. |

Of corse it will be minimized because they will be used to it. The reason people dont accept it that much now is because it was never really a big issue in the past because people were afraid to come out. Like if today a law was passed that every guy has to walk around with his nutsack hanging out his pants, most people would be pretty disgusted, but as time passes it would seem more normal.
I see nothing wrong with gays. I've never really met someone who was homosexual until recently because the gay community is very small here. But of the gay people I have met, I can say by far they are the nicest people I know. |

1) Whatever they do in their home is their business.
2) As long as they are good parents why not. Preferable to be parented by a loving gay family than by an unloving "regular" one. |
