Its not just my opinion, it's anyone who reads your incoherent ramblings.

I was able to overcome my circumstances and make great accomplishments; therefore, anyone else who doesn't is lazy.

Wasn't it Einstein who said that?

Actually I think it was Bill Gates.

It was friggin headlock!!!!! not a chokehold

if the guy can still talk while being placed in headlock, he can still breathe

if you arrest someone and the suspect says " the cuffs are too tight"....you don't loosen the cuffs

What's the difference if it were a toe grab? The guy was murdered.

The thing I find amusing by most of those who are upper middle-class or "well-off" is that they speak, often with compassion, of the downtrodden and "have nots" (in terms of employment/$$ wage) while not realizing that their own standard of living would NOT be what it is were those things to be eliminated. The worst of the bunch are the ones who are extreme tree-hugging animal lovers yet ignore the homeless they walk by on the street.

Not everyone is meant to be a business owner or has the brains/skills for certain careers - even WITH school. Most can but some are just dumb - accept that. We're all brainwashed into the 'do what you love' mantra but depending on your field that may not be enough to pay your bills reliably...

Speaking of OWS... one thing I find completely baffling is how these massive (mainly American) corporations have all kinds of legal means at their disposal to avoid paying corporate taxes. Amazon, Facebook and Google come to mind. The UK is trying to fix this in their country but by the time they do they will have already got away with billions. I give props to accountants/tax lawyers who can navigate through all these loopholes... the $ must be good but the dreariness of it all must be maddening.

As for the topic at hand, a choke hold was clearly used and you're blind if you don't see it. They didn't need to tackle this guy to bring him in. We're on the inevitable path of having all law enforcement wear cameras... which sounds simple but hardware/tech wise will require a lot of resources and policy planning that needs figuring out... off the top of my head:

-Retention policies
-Are they always on?
-Is it the officer's responsibility to ensure the camera is 'working' at the start of each shift? If so, how do they verify this?
-etc.
