You never know what the truth is but you'd have to be really, really dumb to be standing there filming the police (and shouting at them while) with an illegal gun concealed on you.
|
The charge stems from an incident that happened after this event. |

It was friggin headlock!!!!! not a chokehold
if the guy can still talk while being placed in headlock, he can still breathe
if you arrest someone and the suspect says " the cuffs are too tight"....you don't loosen the cuffs |

No, that is a choke hold. A headlock involves the arm of the other person being between the hold and the neck. There is no arm in between, just pure choking out.
He could still talk, but died.
Greasy Jersey hood rat.

maybe if he has respected the badge and did what the officer asked him to do in the first place, he'd still be in alive... |

People saying "oh if they just obeyed the police's orders none of this would have happened" are so goddamn stupid. If the officer hadn't put the guy in a choke hold until he died this wouldn't have happened. Period. This is exactly why people hate law enforcement. They constantly overstep their bounds. While I don't agree with the whole execution scenario in Ferguson, there was absolutely no need to shoot the kid like 8 times. It's ridiculous what police officers get away with in this country. This guy in NY should be charged with manslaughter at the very least. |

| Yeah, real authority, not some power hungry high school drop out. Blind submission to authoruty is a characteristic of weakness/cowardess. |

Yeah, state police and federal agents have very strict requirements. City police basically require a pulse and no criminal records. Hence people going into law enforcement who can't get real jobs because they're too stupid amd uneducated. |
