| The only thing I'll eat at McDonalds is breakfast. Bacon & Egg McMuffins, hash browns, large orange juice. The rest of the menu can go itself. |

But you live in seattle, possible the single most liberal, educated, blue voting, outdoorsey, progressive place in north America.
Kind of like saying, I live in beverly Hills and I really don't see much poverty.
Just say that out loud. It doesn't matter what the figure is that aren't, it's the fact that two thirds of this country are overweight. That means you meet three people, and one of them is normal weight.
Sure whole foods. Ralphs fresh fare. PavillionsNow lets get back to talking about the two thirds who will only ever shop in Walmart, K mart and Costco, where everything is processed .
If I hang around Hollywood or Santa Monica or WeHo, I'm sure I'll not see that many morbidly obese people, but go to inglewood, go to glendale, go to oakland, and guess what, the number spikes in the opposite direction.
The fact is Amerca is sadly too fat, and it's because we're sold junk food even when we go to the supermarket. |
My whole point is that not every part of America is like that. Certain areas are, and the majority certainly is ed up, but to just say 'America' as a whole is completely inaccurate. Many places are not the obese cesspools that people tend to characterize the whole thing as.
Also, I lived in Seattle. I've lived in London for the past 11 months. |

You must be Canadanese at heart to like an over cooked, rubbery, mass produced, hockey puck excuse of an egg. You might as well take a golden shower in yellow tail chardonnay.

Portland isn't like that, that's for sure. You have to TRY and seek out non-organic stuff at the supermarket. It's crazy. |
