There's nothing in the English language preventing the use of oxymorons ... jumbo shrimp, freezer burn, small crowd, civil war, etc. If I recall, I only stated that it was rather humorous to use that word in such a context. I never said oxymorons are bad.
But I'm accused of being hypocritical. Please elaborate. |
