if I show my sympathy & respect for September 11 every single year then the whole world including the USA must acknowledge and make an issue out of the following dates every year

15th of April, 1912 - Titanic Sunk
15th of April, 1989 - Hillsborough Disaster
19th of April, 1994 - Oklahoma bombing
25th of April, ???? - Anzac Day
28th of April, 1996 - Port Arthur Massacre
29th of May, 1985 - Heysel disaster
31st of July, 1997 - Thredbo disaster
12th of October, 2002 - Bali Bombings
15th of August, 1998 - Omagh Bombing

and theres more like the day of the Columbine massacre...etc

The war has begun i guess.

Reality for you? So what are you doing posting it on an internet forum.

Don't say people can relate with your "pain", there are councellors and people you know that can do that.

errr you dont get it do you. It affected all of us numb nuts but that doesnt mean we have to make it our duty to make our whole day revolve around this event. as it was said before, what goes around comes around. now because we dont really care you guys give us and say how evil we are when in reality we are saying that like this happens everywhere in every country. sure it was a massive tragidy but imo it was inevitable. The world doesnt revolve around America.....

IGNORANT is what u have been for the last century. Dreadful disaster that happened 9/11 and still to this day sends shivers down my spine. RIP those tragic people that lost their lives to a bunch of lunatics. People can say what they like but the bottom line is people were affected. People lost their innocence which brings me to the point.

9/11 is a tragedy that needs to be looked at carefully. WHy did this occur etc etc. Dont get me wrong i have the utmost respect for americans and all races for that fact and dont want to be taking sides to it. What america has to decide is its role in peace keeping. It can either be a peace keeper which means they take the role of peace keeper in all issues and not pick and choose like it is at minute, based on personal gain. Take the invasion of Cyprus for example, the sluaghter of thousands of greeks was ignored by the americans for the due fact that any action would threaten in the removal of air bases in key middle east territory of turkey. This is what angers people, a nation that prides itself on freedom yet is always looking to get the best deal.

Please do not take this as an offence, but as a mere eye opener and example of what frustrates people about the americans.I understand that american government doesnt necessarily represent the people. But as an american u can change this, because u have a right to vote, which means ure vote shouldnt be taken lightly.

Which brings me to the point, lets not degrade the people that perished in this disaster through politics, none of them brought this upon themselves, this aint about politics its about human life mums dads, grandparents kids lost to prove a political point. Its a shame what the world has come to. :(

here here.

i'll commemorate all the lives that were tragically lost and affected by that terrible day, i will not however, commemorate the event in itself. let's ease up on the finger pointing and show some respect to those who did not have a say on how their lives would abruptly come to an end.

WE CAN"T FORGET.. and neither can you! Whether or not you care about us is a different story. If you lost your father or mother or son or daughter you would shut the up before posting some of the ed-up you are.. I remember Bali.. and remember many events!

WHY CANT YOU FORGET?--- because this was the biggest act of terrorism. This affected the world.. not just the US.. and we can't forget because we as a world not just a nation need to do our part in fighting terrorism. Here there and everywhere... you don't have to celebrate 9/11 with us.. hell you don't even have to acknowledge it like you are here...

But do remember it could happen to you. You could wake up one morning and find out some plane right above your head purposely crashed into your mothered and burned her to a crisp as perhaps her last breath of air whisper "I love you" even if you couldn't hear it!

Remember because a car bomb could drive straight through your bedroom wall and you might watch your girlfriend die in your arms beside you as you burn to a crisp and scream as well..

Remember because some guy you saw at your gym that you thought looked like someone the cops are looking for on TV and you didn't say anything and now he happens to be the guy standing in your local super market and decides to blow himself up in there along with your best friend who was getting some flowers and a cake for your birthday!

get the point... you don't have to celebrate but don't curse it either cuz if it was your mom, dad, friend or daughter you'd want people to at least show a little respect...

"if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all!!"
