WIKKED WIKKED NIGHT~
the smoke machine made me not have a voice today
1)Set-up - super, white, HUGe
2)Sound - clear, crisp and TRANCE
3)Djs - HOT HOT HOT - kisses all around
4)People in general - kind, wishful and dressed in white
5)City of montreal - historical and all one way STREETS~
I had a wonderful time at this party and everyone on TA made me feel wikked on my birthday - thank you for all that you did for me.
special thanks to Silke for driving me home b/c a certain someone decided to stay at last moment. Tatgirl for the cute Pucca watch and Voodoo Child for the preload concoction~
Ummmmm, I love you all guys that drove up, Jenna Mike Marg Ray Rich, Illiya (sp?), Frank, Katherine, /kristina....

Wow... wow, wow, wow, wow, wow...
What can I say but what a kick-ass amazing beautiful party that was. It was a much needed boost for me, as I was starting to feel mildly jaded by our scene..... Amazing, amazing, amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone for next year! Or any Montreal party for that matter - the vibe was amazing, people always smiling and beautiful and willing to chat, music awesome (Armin was my favorite by far!!!!), decor out of this world, massage tables rock, and last, but not least, having the company of some of Toronto's finest by my side (and that would include a ton of you TOTA's don't you know!!!).
I wish I could have had a camera with me - white balloons everywhere, in places looking like they made up the ceiling. It was like a movie set, it was so unreal! All of us looking like the cat's meow all dressed in white, VIP lounge areas beautiful, with vistas of the crowd as they rocked it out, massage tables by the dozens (well worth the $$$!!!), line-ups for bathrooms not too long at all, coat check and search lines went really quickly, and did I mention the amazing Toronto people I was with? *Sigh of happiness*
Thank you to EVERYONE who made it out to this, from TOTA's to non-TOTA's, and who helped plan rides, hotels, vans, lifts, everything!!! I think this trip was a huge success and what a fabulous way to start off everyone's summer, no matter where we all end up. I for one will not be in Toronto for most of this summer so this was a fine way to go out with a BANG!!!
And this will be a long list of shout-outs, so be warned, but totally worth it for this party:
*Schryer & Jenna_rae - your company always always always makes me smile, and Mike, great idea for the massage! Fantastique!!!! Jenna, beautiful as always... no words...
*Durafei & dj eso - my hug buddies - every time I saw you guys, I would get a hug! Too cute... Hope your friend found you Ilyia!!!
*Stereoprincess - I can't believe you managed to find us all the time in a sea of 14,000 people, and here I was thinking it was Julia's feather that lead you to us ;)
*Gamma - I don't think I ever saw you stop smiling the entire night!
*Dallastar - hope you had an awesome birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*disko-kandi - Can't believe I finally got to see you - sorry if I seemed distracted ;)

And as for Louis and Malek - I hope you two know how much fun we all had at Bal en Blanc. That party is going down in my top 3 of all time, and thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much for everything, including all your hugs Malek ;) A tres, tres, tres bientot :)

OK, so I had trouble uploading the pictures to this thread - so instead I created a website off one of my other websites. There are 68 pictures - they came out great too, good closeups of PVD, AVB, and Deep Dish.

Let me know if there are any problems. You can copy all the pictures or any of them. Please let me know what you think of the pictures. Apparently I was lucky to get the camera in. I didnt even know they were not allowed. OOPS....
The setup was beautiful
The people were beautiful and very friendly & social
Organized very well
The music BLEW ME AWAY, yet I managed to dance for 13 hours.

Well, well, well-
It was one of the best parties that I have been to! I still have my VIP bracelet on my wrist and if anyone knows how to exchange it for one of those t-shirts, lemme know.
As usual my feet are paying for the brutal assault after 10hrs of dancing, walking (getting lost a bit- oh well I made the best of it ;))Need I tell you about the bad cold/flu ? that knocked me off my feet and off work today! sigh!
HOWEVER-
A little cold ain't keepin me from writing about the party that was Bal en Blanc. Got there at around 10.30pm- a little overwhelming at first. Plus getting separated from my group early on made me a bit anxious - nonetheless, Mercure, Allegory and I had each other (we are truly the 3 musketeers- hugz). However, when Armin came on we found all the other TAs and much to my pleasure- throughout Armin- I must've met ummm like about 100 Torontonians, some I knew and others were new. Armin RAWKED the house- His performance was so much better than the one at Decadence. Thanks Cecelia for making me stay through Armins set. Nothing will compare the feeling of happiness I felt when at one point I looked around and I was surrounded by fimiliar smiling faces. Great representation TORONTO!!I got more out of PVD this time around. and DD RAWKED as well- nice intro to them as I hadn't seen them or heard their music before this. The crowd was really into them. I kept wanting a massage at one of the tables but just couldn't drag myself off the dancefloor. However I did get a few real nice ones from other devotees there. I love these people that go around and provide "community service" to all of us- Thanks!All in all it was a smooth operation except for the block between the house and trance room at the latter part of the night.I would love it if someone can explain the logic behind that bad-ass move by security :conf:
It was a pleasure getting to know the TAs and non-TAs better. Many of you have found a place in my heart.
