GREAT PARTY!!!

If I can say it with one word, i'd say unique!!!
I had never seen smth of similar in my life, though i've been partying in many places:cool:

well, i'm not particularly crazy for trance music, but i've to say that djs play hard and when at the end I heard the remix that Marco V made of Avalanche, Marco carola, I was really going to cry because of emotion:) ;) w0w

one more very emotional moment: to sing with the TA fellows oi in oi

i really liked m0ntreal- i could feel that sense of history that lacks a little bit in t0r0nt0+ a very important element: very wicked and awesome guys:D :D :D

the only one problem seems to be that the Ball en blanc is made only once a year!!!!

it has been a pleasure to hang out one more time with all the TAs- too lazy to write all the names- but U know who I am talking about!!!!:stongue: :thepirate :thepirate

i heard lots of U saying it has been the best party of ur life- and i can understand why- a scene i'll never forget: Frank close to the dj, very involved in the role of party maker, saying to me with a tone that was between the rivelation and the emotion: Cristina, this is the best party of my life...

It's so awesome to hear everyones great reviews...it definetly shows that this year way out did last years, because there wasn't even close to this much after talk last year. I never realized so many TOTA's made it out either, there's always such talk about TO vs MTL and it's great that they ventured out.

I myself have been a trance fan for a while now and I am familiar with many of the tracks that were dropped by Armin, Preach, and PVD, but I spent the last half of the night in the 'house' room and I wanted to know if anyone was able to list any of the tracks that they remember Lafleche, and DD playing. I want to bring some of the feeling back by hearing some of those massive tracks again!! Thanks.

I stayed for Deep Dish and I wish I remembered what they spun as well :(

What a great night!

well, what can i say that hasn't already been said?! this was my second time attending bal en blanc, the first time was two years ago at olympic stadium. and even then, i was impressed with the level of partying that montrealers get up to! ;)

i arrived at the palais des congress just after midnite, only to see a huge line up down the side of the building. my friends and i had to wait close to two hours to get into the party. the line moved ridiculously slow as there was a problem with the coat check area. so that put a bit of a damper on the mood at the beginning of the nite cuz by the time i got onto the dancefloor, half of armin's set was already over! :(

however, despite that little glitch in the nite, everything else was pretty good. i loved the set up of the two rooms all decorated with balloons, and it was wonderful seeing everyone all dressed in white for the occasion. all the partyers were definitely having a blast and everyone was sooo friendly, it was a nice vibe overall.

i enjoyed what i heard of armin's set - he played a lot harder at bal en blanc then he did at decadence in toronto, but it was different than his usual trancey set, so it was good.

i honestly do not remember much of pvd's set, because that time just passed by way too quickly for me! one minute i look up and there his is but the next time i look up he was gone already!! lol .. but from what i do remember of the tracks he played, they were good hard bangin tunes and enjoyable. however, i've seen pvd on better days, so in comparison to his abilities, he was average. [sidenote: for pvd to be the top dj that he is in the world right now, i expect him to be spinning music that blows my mind, but he's just not doing it for me these days and that's a big disappointment for me cuz i know he can do a lot better!!]

so after pvd, my friends and i ventured into the massage area, i had to wait close to an hour for my massage but i have to admit, it was well worth the wait and the money spent! :D i felt so relaxed and calm after the massage, i was in pure heaven for 20mins :D :D

then we made our way into deep dish and boy, was it packed! wow! i was surprise to see that the room was a lot bigger than the trance room. from what i heard of deep dish, the tunes were rockin. too bad i couldn't totally enjoy the sounds of deep dish because i spent over an hour wandering through the crowds looking for my friend, because i couldn't remember where he was! i never did find him though! haha, just decided to head back home where we met up again!

definitely fun times in montreal! :) too bad i never saw or met any of you ta's - probably because you were all in the vip section! :p unfortunately i wasn't so lucky! ;) but, all in all, i had a great time in montreal, it was a wonderful weekend getaway for me. thanks montreal! ;)

cheers :)

hehe weird that you say that Jasmyn, Aria room was a tad bigger than the house room...
