I have no problem with those victims joining this board as it does seem that this is thier only way of having contact with you and to get a resolution from you.

Ok, you may have had some problems in your life that caused you to take this course of action and you seem to be taking the right actions to rectify that course of action but it does not lessen the crime, and a crime it most certainly is!

I think you need to be extremely thankful that the actions you took have not landed you in the courts where i am sure they would have punished you with not only huge amounts of compensation to the victims but also quite a long term in prison.

Even after all the wrongs you have done are put right, it's the fact that more victims are appearing that will certainly never make me trust you again.

This may seem harsh to some of you, but how many victims out there won't be paid back because they do not know of Jeremy Thornhill's web blog or of this site.

This is futher evidence that we are not dealing with some small piggly crime. As I suspected from the begining.

Think of how a mind of a criminal works. For Shehryar theft was so easy. He felt invisiable. He thought people were dumbass for falling prey to his scams. He loved it. He looked forward to getting all that stolen money to enjoy. He felt so smart. He knew what to tell poeple, what to do on forums, what stories to tell, what exit stories to tell, etc. It was so easy! The scam started small but his hunger for money and deceit grew. As a result, the list of victims also grew.

Shehryar will be happy to admit fault to 5-6 people on this forum BUT would not like to reveal that there are another 10-15 people from ebay we are not aware of.

I can see Shehryar's response when we do find out he was guilty for more crimes " I didnt want to tell you because the scam was so large that I didnt have the peoples money anymore and I didnt want to go to jail"

Shehryar Omar I suggest you start becoming a bit more religiousnot only bcause your morals are a bit weak BUt to ask god to help you out of this mess. But I think God wants you to figure out that after all this mess lies and deceit will dig your grave. And the only way for you to truely understand is for serious action to happen; not just some bull forum converstation.

Once again check out this post

http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...threadid=198300

in particular the third line of his first post, which states there are only 6 victims.
Even in his so-called 'confession' post he has lied about the number of victims. He is only refunding money to the people who caught him, not to everyone he has scammed.

i've read davepiazza's post, if you think anyone supporting him is another alias of his, why dont you ask the mods to do a ip check to prove it. ive met sheryar before, but im a different person. ive been on this board for longer than sheryar, i have way more posts than him. so lets think about it, his scams are as of recent, so he made my name first, which was liquidxxd, and had it changed to hadi ******, which is my name, and posted so many more times than his normal name, so when the right time came, he could scam people, and after getting caught (mind you, he thought about this all about 3 years ago) and then decided to back himself up with another alias, haha

none of us who were involved in this situation have no right to get involved. Let him, his victims, and whatever authorities are already involved take care of it.

This is something someone else is already investigating [hint]

I am done posting on this thread. I will let the proper means do their work now. I suggest those scammed also follow suit.

I know if I was a mod. I wouldnt want to have a forum be know or be supportive of mass fraud.

Not much to say about this situation other than I hope Spective gets the help he needs, Im glad the people have been refunded, and this whole situation has made me quite leary of puirchasing anything directly from the TA forums.

I hope he goes to the jail. PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD ARE SO NAIVE. How can you defend a criminal?

people indeed are naive... that is a very deliberate conning here. the people who were involved in the scam are just happy that their money is back (and not even extra for punitive damages), and drenched from a drama that spanned over several months, they are happier than ever, that at least they got back what they have given.

and that's what the scammer wants, when his cover is blown: to hush everything down as soon as possible, creating one unbelievable story after another. first comes ex-girlfriend, then, when it doesn't work, comes the depression thing.

i really hope that the guy gets punished (beyond public opprobrium, which, sadly, nowadays, especially in an online community, means not alot). otherwise, there is a good chance he will just lay down for a little bit until realizing that people were off-guard again and starting his schemes anew.

I just hope, after such a scamparade, people will be less naive and say things like "for christ sakes, just get off the guy already, he has exonerated himself", which is the only thing he really wants.

chances are, if a thief doesn't go to jail even after someone else found out about his wrongdoings, he will steal again. it is called "sense of indemnity", and it is really a serious vanity boost...

LOL... you are a lamer computer-wise, sorry. you can't even imagine how easy it is to forge an ip address. the easiest way is to use a free anonymous proxy server, which there are thousands of. if you really want it, you could create a chain of 4-5 wingates or proxies, to make yourself virtually untraceable.
i had a good laugh when found out that he was caught like that. must show that a person is reaaaally security-illiterate.

and if you support him and trust him so much, why don't you go and buy a mixer or a powerbook from him, to support his effort in paying off the other members...
