you didn't learn your lesson. You have said your not sorry and the only reason you refunded the money is because you got caught via matching IP addresses. And no you couldn't have left the board and run because one of the victims had your phone number, and through that could have found out all other details about you.

I cannot believe you want positive reinforcement after what you've done. What do you want us to say "its okay spective, your a good guy who just ed up, lets hold hands and pray together". I think your living in a fantasy world if you think thats gonna happen. |

don't ever ing call me stupid jocker. i appreciate your taking a stance on the issue and adding some more mature insight than most of the members thus far have provided, but DO NOT assume that i bought these bull sob stories and that all is well now that i got my money back. i did report this to the FBI's cybercrimes division as did jeremy, whom I wonder if he has finally been reimbursed, but that's besides the point. the FBI has been aware of it and from the beginning I urged every single one of the victims to report the crime. i even pmed them the links to follow. i'm not about to go file a class action lawsuit, my money has been refunded and whatever I am entitled to in punitive damages is less than the cost of and time required to hire a lawyer. end of story. dont ever ing call me stupid or naive again. |

The thread should be left open for those victims who have yet to come forward.
In consideration for the unknown victims it should also be kept as a reminder and warning to all those enguaged in fraud or in the process of commiting fraud. It has shown how tranceaddicts.com and TA members have united in an effort to not support such actions and we gone the extra step to prevent such actions from happening in the future.
Remeber there were only 5 victims...than 6...than 7...

based on the fact that you refunded my money; that some TA's vouched for your honesty and character in the past; and the fact that you really are a DJ and not a complete phony; I was willing to believe that this was just a very, very, poor decision and lapse of judgement.

Actually, that is me. That was the first method of contact that I had, wherein I found this site.
There have been posts that want this thread closed, but I had to wait until this thread was reopened in order to post, which cost me a few days in this process. Please leave it open, as I've yet to recieve money, or a distribution plan from Sheryar.
As for people being naïve for trusting someone online, and getting taken advantage of, it is merely one way (or maybe personality type) of dealing with trust. One person will never trust anyone until they prove their complete worth, and another will trust someone until that worth is disproven. Neither is better than the other, merely more suiting for different personality types. I like to think that more trusting people still exist in the world, but condemning trusting people for being just that (trusting), persuades them not to be.
I will post the results of my dealings after they are completed. |
