We spoke via AIM, and Shehryar Qamar was unwilling/unable to resolve my situation. I cannot say whether or not his claims of identity theft are accurate, but I would highly recommend that people avoid dealing with this seller until all outstanding issues involving him are resolved.
Best of luck to the others who have been impacted by this. A valuable lesson - always use a legitimate escrow service with large online transactions. |

Ok. I'm going to go out on a limb, here, but torontotrance is a stand-up guy. He's not a con. He's an ass sometimes (lol), but not a con.
If he's backing up this Spective guy in what he (Spective) says, then you should probably take his word that it's the girl and not he who is trying to pork you in the ass.
Of course, I could be completely wrong. Spective could be the one behind it all, and if I were out almost $900, I'd be pissed, too. I'm interested to see how this turns out. |

This whole "it was my fiance" thing sounds like bull to me.... Seriously guys, don't even bother trying to negotiate with him, go straight to the cops. The cops should be able to do something for you-if he'd mugged you for $900 would the cops care? Yes they would! So why should this situation be any different-whether he mugged you or defrauded you, either way your out of pocket $900.
And Shehryar Qamar or whatever the your name is, your obviously reading all this so let me say this on behalf of everyone:

yes thats right i did not buy anything from stacy but almost did....don't even mess with this guy anymore.....let him straighten it out wit da 5-0's.....even if he does send back a couple hundred .... it means nothin.......if it truley wasn't you the cops will sort it out |
