What you accuse this person of is identity theft, which is, if I recall correctly, a felony. That surely trumps the interstate commerce fraud charges that would be levied against an account holder.
The bank knows who withdrew the money, it knows when, it knows where. Unless that person is you, then I fail to see why you are concerned.
If you're telling the truth, if you're a victim, you need to work within the system to locate the perpetrator instead of trying to skirt around it. Doing anything else only muddies the waters and reduces your chances for a favorable resolution, as well as allowing the real perpetrator to remain at large. |

stcey or who ever that other guy was her ex i have the adress i send the $ to i will not only call my lawyer since i have all these messages saved but im going to make sure that this person goes to jail for doing something so stupid .
and im the guy who send $ money order 200 american since im from canada i say 200 american. |

If someone was accusing YOU of scamming them (and one other person) out of over $3,000, you wouldn't be quick to dish it out to them.
