True but vince does have value. he puts alot of fans in the seats. I guess from the lakers point of view it would mean they could raise ticket prices. |

hardly. Vince used to put fans in seats, he also USED to dunk. No one's gonna pay a max salary for a player to potentially attract people and do nothing to help the team win. Winning puts more fans in seats than any single player could.
Oh and shaq was traded for a whole lot more than one player. More than one good player as well. And he is worth everything miami traded. Toronto definately couldn't have matched that, Shaq is the most dominant player in the game. [as much as I hate him and hate to admit it] |

Shaq moving to Miami had more to do with him wanting to be in a big market. You think he would have accepted a trade to Toronot? bwahahhahahha, not in this life time. Shaq had complete control over what team he was going to... He picked Miami because of endorsement possibilities.
Ray Allen for VC straight up... Bring in a pure shooter like Ray Allen or Allen Houston, that would make the raps a better team. Peja is also looking for a new home... |

| vince for peja, that deal's been talked about for so long. And usually when a deal's talked about for that long, it means it's not gonna happen. Sure, it'd be good for us, but I don't think sac-town would pull the trigger on it. |
