well this is my LATE LATE review.... i thought it was a sick nite, it was my first time going to ikon and a godskitchen party. da venue was huge and pretty nice. i met a bunch of TA's (finally) like vtec, vlad, trunks and a couple others, i was da kid in the white vandit shirt (like that helps:rolleyes: ) well anyway john o bir ripped it up i was surprised that his set was that good i was expecting some lame prog. i pretty much stayed on da left side of the booth upstairs as you can see in the pics.... i got some vidz too but i dont know where to host them umm HELP! :D it was my first time bein at a club for new years eve and i will always remember this nite. PvD RIPPED IT UP and totally owned me. absolute favorite track of all time was 4 STRINGS - INTO THE NIGHT!!!!!!:crazy: :crazy: :eyespop: :crazy: i sooo died when i heard that it was my favorite moment of the year! he played so many good tunes like wavy gravy, born slippy, jump the next train, words, for an angel.... da list goes on and on. da sound system sucked major balls and was ed up. i was right by da speaker on da left side and my hearing is still ed up til this day and i had earplugs :mad: :whip: but o well its always worth it. i stayed til about 5 cause i got a lil bored with it and plus all da fights and stupidity got me mad after a while. and PvD got mad as hell too i could see it in his eyes when he turned the music off. he didnt wanna b there after that so his set wasnt as good as it should have been. and being harrassed by cops outside didnt help the vibe either. but o well im sure PvD will never play at ikon again, or whatever it will be called next month :haha: :haha:

| The sound system was better than Avalon and spirit(or at least the last time i was there). If you guys thinks that's bad i dont know how you could handle some of the other clubs..... PVD's set was fun.. He played the big tunes for the big night of the year. |
